Of fundamental rights Sec [28] of the Constitution I believe states that women have the same rights as men in this country. For that judge to not rule that if the women were not allowed to compete they should have cancelled the Olympics No Judge has the right to change the Constitution except under the not with standing clause Sec [33] or under Sec [1] but this was not done hell I find this offensive in every respect Women Skier’s have proved to the world that they can compete at any level shame on that court and on that judge.
